- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Do not use this company they are unable to deliver on timeframes quoted and they take a 50% deposit then give you the run around and ask you deal with the salesperson. The sales reps cant possible be privy to this type of information. NOTE SUPERSHADES they are the SALESPERSON or SALES REPRESENTATIVE not the customer service, administration this is for the back end of the company to deal with customers problems and enquires. The lady in the office is a habitual talker solve the problem dont use up oxygen for no reason fix the problem. Blinds that were installed were over 4 weeks late and installation was terrible very slapped together. Do not use this company! A little internet digging and you will find a lot of bad reviews and then good reviews with persons with 1 review to the profile attached "wonder who in the company filled the 5 star reviews out"By Fus Lustex Rapus, February 11, 2019
